Restrictions/Prohibitions

The following behaviors are absolutely forbidden and will be considered a misuse of EV Navi Nirman:

1. Using EV Navi Nirman services in any way that violates laws and regulations, including RERA, or that harms EV Homes Construction Pvt. Ltd.’s interests or ability to operate.
2. Any content, data, or information—including profiles, personal information, photos, and/or graphics—available on EV Navi Nirman may not be copied, extracted, downloaded, shared, altered, sold, stored, distributed, or used in any way that is in violation of the Terms of Use.

   It is specifically forbidden for users to use or abuse EV Navi Nirman and/or its material for:

   • Any commercial objectives, including developing alternative databases or giving third parties access to EV Navi Nirman without first obtaining written approval from EV Homes Construction Pvt. Ltd.
   • Engaging in any business activity that would compete with EV Homes Construction Pvt. Ltd.
   • Granting access to individuals who are not under contract with EV Homes Construction Pvt. Ltd. or reselling the goods or services that EV Homes Construction Pvt. Ltd. offers.
3. Attempting to access, explore, search, copy, monitor, download, scrape, or crawl data or content from EV Navi Nirman using any automated program, software, or system (including spiders, robots, or crawlers).
4. Getting or trying to get illegal access to any area of EV Navi Nirman, including its servers, systems, or services.
5. Making changes to EV Navi Nirman’s features or services without first obtaining written, express consent.
6. Using interfaces that EV Homes Construction Pvt. Ltd. does not specifically offer to access EV Navi Nirman.
7. Making an effort to get beyond EV Homes Construction Pvt. Ltd.’s security or authentication systems.
8. Data extraction, replication, or scraping to provide comparable goods or services that rival EV Navi Nirman.
9. Reverse-engineering or trying to extract the website, application, or associated technology’s source code.
10. Getting beyond any technological safeguards that EV Homes Construction Pvt. Ltd. has put in place.
11. Ignoring service restrictions, like captcha or search thresholds.
12. Interfering with other users’ use of EV Navi Nirman.
13. Changing or extracting data or material from EV Homes using automated means (such as scripts, robots, browser plug-ins, etc.) without prior express consent.
14. Falsifying associations or assuming the identity of another person or organization.
15. Changing identifiers to hide where user data comes from.
16. Threatening, harassing, or stalking other users.
17. Placing excessive demands on the infrastructure of EV Navi Nirman.
18. Falsely “mirroring,” “framing,” or otherwise mimicking the look of EV Navi Nirman without authorization.
19. Sending unsolicited bulk or commercial communications to EV Navi Nirman or other users (spamming).

Termination

Your access to EV Navi Nirman (or any portion of it) may be restricted or terminated at any time for any reason by EV Homes Construction Pvt. Ltd. at its sole discretion and without prior notice. This includes, but is not restricted to, situations in which the business concludes that you have acted in a way that is inconsistent with the letter or spirit of these terms and conditions or any relevant laws.

Privacy Policy

The EV Navi Nirman platform’s Privacy Policy describes the potential uses of your personal information. The Privacy Policy will always be respected and followed by EV Navi Nirman. You may also choose how you want to be contacted and how your information appears on your profile by adjusting several options. Any user-provided input will not be regarded as confidential.

Terms of Use for Users

• Please be aware that our Privacy Policy has no control over how third parties utilize your data after it has been shared.
• By utilizing the platform, you agree that EV Homes is not in charge of the format, content, or delivery of any messages, screener questions, application forms, testing evaluations, or other paperwork from advertising, sellers, brokers, or builders.
• You agree that EV Navi Nirman may retain, process, and analyze your application, supporting documentation, and any answers you send to or receive from advertisers or sellers by these terms and the Privacy Policy. Even if the advertised property is no longer available, EV Navi Nirman retains the right to keep such information. Your information may also be used by the platform to assess your possible interest in other projects’ listings, after which it may get in touch with you.
• Other people throughout the world, including those in nations that might not provide sufficient data protection according to your country’s regulations, may access, use, and keep information placed in public parts of EV Homes websites, applications, or profiles. Although EV Navi Nirman takes precautions to prevent unwanted access, it has no control over how third parties use information that is publicly available. It is recommended that users refrain from posting private or sensitive information on areas of the website that are open to the public.
• Managing the “Opt-out” settings to prevent third parties from accessing their data is entirely up to the users. Any data that subscribers or users view that hasn’t been specifically prohibited or limited by the user is not EV Homes’ responsibility.

IEIL reserves all other rights.

Grievances

Amendment

Any infractions of these terms and conditions should be reported to IEIL at evhomes.operations@evgroup.co.in.
